Forward 2016 is for New Democrat members and supporters looking to play a key role in electing John Horgan and the BC NDP in 2017. All levels of campaign experience and leadership are welcome.

Forward is established to develop and promote New Democrat campaign leaders in British Columbia.
Forward 2016 will be held Friday, June 24 (evening) to Sunday, June 26 at the Thompson River University (TRU) in Kamloops.
In addition to covering the latest campaign techniques in voter contact, communications, data and campaign management, the weekend will focus on what the BC NDP campaign of the future will look like and what new strategies will be essential for success in 2017.
The weekend will include a number of inspiring and thought-provoking keynote speakers and panels that will examine where our campaigns are heading. There will also be a series of workshops that will be taught by experienced campaign staff who will share stories and lessons directly from campaign offices and war rooms across Canada and the United States.
Forward 2015 was a great place to network and build relationships. Forward 2016 will offer even more networking opportunities for you to engage with experienced campaign staff, elected officials, MLAs and even John Horgan. You will make lasting connections that will help you play a key role in our path to government.
By the end of Forward 2016, we will have inspired the next generation of organizers, activists and staff to step up and play key roles in next year’s BC election. That election will be won on the strength and skill of our team – we’re in this together. Join us at Forward 2016 and help us gain the advantage.
Appetizers and refreshments will be provided at a reception on Friday. Lunch and dinner will be provided on Saturday. Coffee and tea will be served at breaks throughout the weekend.
We want to ensure that everyone who wants to attend Forward 2016 can.
